Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Epochal Stock sells digital content — stock photos, images, and videos — that are delivered immediately after payment. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded. The moment you receive the file, you have full access to the product in its entirety.

This is standard practice across the stock media industry, and it allows us to keep our pricing fair and transparent for everyone.

Before You Buy

We want you to feel confident about every purchase. That's why we provide:

• Detailed preview images — every product page shows a high-quality watermarked preview so you know exactly what you're getting
• Full descriptions & metadata — resolution, file type, dimensions, and keywords are listed on every product page
• Free downloads — our Free collection lets you try Epochal Stock content at no cost before committing to a purchase

We encourage you to review all available information before completing your order.

When We May Help

While all sales are final, we understand that things don't always go as planned. If you experience any of the following, please reach out to us:

• Technical issues — if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download, we will provide a working replacement at no extra charge
• Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally bought the same file twice, we're happy to help
• Billing errors — if you were charged an incorrect amount, we'll make it right

In these cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution — whether that's a new download link, a store credit, or, in exceptional circumstances, a refund at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal and Bitcoin. Please note:

• PayPal — PayPal's own buyer protection policies may apply, but our no-refund policy for digital goods remains in effect
• Bitcoin — cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature and cannot be refunded under any circumstances

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately delivered digital product is considered a violation of our License Terms. We maintain detailed delivery records and will respond to all disputes with documentation of successful file delivery.
